1 15 oz can of any white bean (save about ¼ cup of the drained liquid)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried sage
1 TBSP dried mint leaves (or a handful of fresh mint)
1 TBSP EVOO
¼ tsp each: salt and pepper (more to taste)
In a food processor, blend everything until smooth, about 60 seconds
If the dip looks too dry, add a little of the drained liquid
Spread on bread, dip crackers or vegetables, serve alongside vegetables or proteins
