II make this recipe when the tahini jar is nearly empty. No sesame oil? Use 3 TBSP of toasted sesame seeds instead. No maple syrup? Replace with 2 TBSP table sugar. Use your imagination! Serve cold sesame noodles with all kinds of things, but it’s also good to eat on its own.
